Best Available Rate

Funchal Cottages website guarantees the best available rate for our houses – At least 5% cheaper than anywhere else

Standard Rate

Free cancellation up to 30 days before your holiday on the standard rate (full refund of any payments made minus the processing fee). If there are any Covid restrictions and this happens after the 30 days we will of course offer you a credit you will not lose your payments. Refunds have a 3% processing fee. Payment can be done via Paypal or Credit Card on the website.

Non-Refundable rate:

If the chosen rate is non-refundable the booking is not subject to change or cancellation.

Repeat Guests:

Repeat guests have a 10% discount if booked directly with us (contact us by email if you would like to return for a special price) sales@funchalcottages.co.uk

Pet Friendly:

Of course you can bring you lovely dog or cat to stay with you, they are family. We accept pets up to 25kg, one pet at a time per house. An additional 15 euro per night + a 400euro damage deposit is required, payed via paypal. The damage deposit is returned if there is no damage. Our properties do not have safety gates around the pool. Please inform us at the time of booking, that you will be accompanied by your pet.
