Madeira´s prime location, where all our houses are based, in the Santa Maria area, chosen for its perfect climate, historical importance and seaside location. This part of Funchal (zona velha) is mostly unchanged, houses have been here for over a hundred years, some for well over four centuries. Here you can still find local grocers, farmers market, beaches, bakeries, cafés and lots of tiny interesting shops. A thriving art scene, there are the painted doors of Santa Maria to see, and lots of artists studio as well.

Our houses are located within walking distance to the famous food market. Each house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen & barbecue so you can cook at home and enjoy sunset drinks on the sea view balcony.
