A sustainable house, with solar panels & renovated with recycled & repurposed materials. We use mostly local artisans & materials.

Covered space for a one car (not longer then 4.20 meters), the garage also has a marble washbasin for cleaning your beach gear and mountain adventure boots & storage space as well as a washing machine & clothes drying space.

The house is a period property over a hundred years old set on three levels and is not suited for guests with mobility problems due to the stairs within the house, and the steps access to the swimming pool. Young children & vulnerable guests should also be supervised due to the stairs and seafront location.

Dream city center location in Rua do Lazareto, in the heart of the historic old town of Funchal, where all the main attractions of the city are set but in a charming unspoilt setting. Three beaches nearby, nice restaurants, cafés and shops as well all walking distance.
